How to take
For optimal effect, we recommend taking one capsule per night with a little liquid about 30 minutes before going to bed.

Intake
A daily unit consists of an ampoule with 25ml of liquid (liquid) and two chewable tablets, which can be found in the lid of the ampoule. Simply chew and swallow the two citrus-flavored chewable tablets from the lid about 5-10 minutes before going to bed. Then drink the liquid from the ampoule and sleep promptly.
