Ingredients
Liquid: water, L-glycine, magnesium lactate, magnesium citrate, acidifier citric acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), acidity regulator magnesium hydroxide , aroma, lemon juice concentrate 0.5%, zinc gluconate, preservative potassium sorbate, calcium D-pantothenate, sweetener steviol glycosides, cyclamate, acesulfame K, saccharin; Nicotinamide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), D-biotin
chewable tablet: creatine monohydrate (51.25%), bulking agent sorbitol, vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated , origin rapeseed), starch, flavoring, acidifier citric acid, release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, sweetener sucralose.

Ingestion
Simply spray one or two sprays directly into the mouth as needed about 30 minutes before going to bed.

Application
To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep: Spray 2 sprays directly into the mouth, as needed, about 30 minutes before going to bed (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin).

Against jet lag: Spray 1 spray directly into the mouth before going to bed. A positive effect is achieved if at least 0.5 mg melatonin (= 1 spray) is taken in on the day before departure and on the following days at the destination with a time difference.

Intake
A daily unit consists of an ampoule with 25ml of liquid (liquid) and two chewable tablets, which are located in the lid of the ampoule. Simply chew the two citrus-flavored chewable tablets out of the lid well and swallow about 5-10 minutes before going to bed. Then drink the liquid from the ampoule and sleep promptly.
